We recently had a small increase in our product prices. As this is our first increase since 1997, we know you will understand. Another important change for Autralian customers is that Chariclo Pty Ltd is no longer registered for GST. This means that Australian residents will no longer have GST added to their purchase orders. International customers are not affected by the GST change.
Attention International Customers - some customers are having problems when paying for their orders via PayPal. This is a PayPal error and they say they are unable to correct the fault. We now have an alternative secure payment gateway to use - Stripe - which accepts credit and debit cards from all countries. However, if you still experience difficulty, please e-mail your order to and we will send you an invoice to pay from. Please make sure to include your name and mailing address, telephone number, and postage method (Economy Air, Standard or Express) when you make your order.

We use Australia Post for mailing domestic and international orders unless otherwise arranged. We always check website postage calculations to ensure they are correct, and you will be notified if there is a significant discrepancy.
Please use common sense when choosing your delivery service - our bottles are made of glass! We pack products as well as possible, but if you choose Australia Post Satchels for orders there is more risk of breakage. Limits for Australia Post Satchels apply as follows:
Small - 500 g (approx 6 x 25ml bottles or equivalent)
Medium - 1 kg (approx 12 x 25ml bottles or equivalent)
Large - not recommended.

INTERNATIONAL - There may still be some international delivery delays due to restricted flights, so please allow additional time to receive your items. Please check your country's customs requirements before purchasing items from our website. There may be a limit on the contents, weight, or total cost of the order, and it is your responsibility to comply with local laws. We are required to submit a detailed customs declaration, which includes an itemised list of contents, the cost of each item, and a copy of the invoice. International Parcel Tracking - For international parcels to be tracked, you must choose STANDARD, EXPRESS or COURIER service.
International Economy Air - Australia Post are gradually phasing out their Economy Air service. This service does NOT include tracking and it is impossible to locate a delayed or missing parcel. Although Australia Post says that Economy Air delivery takes between 6-14 days, our experience is that it may take up to 4 weeks or more. If your parcel does not arrive by the expected date, we have no way of providing assistance. Your local Postal Service may be able to provide more iformation. The upper weight limit for Economy Air parcels is 2kg. If your parcel is over 2kg (approximately 12 x 25ml bottles of essence) you must use STANDARD or EXPRESS service.
