Essences are available in both 10ml and 25ml bottles unless stated otherwise; the "Medicine Chest" range comes in 15ml bottles.

We use Australia Post for mailing domestic and international orders unless otherwise arranged. We always check postage calculations to ensure they are correct, and you will be notified if there is a significant discrepancy.
INTERNATIONAL - There may be some delivery delays to international destinations due to restricted flights, so please allow additional time to receive your items. Please check your country's customs requirements before purchasing items from our website. There may be a limit on the contents, weight, or total cost of the order, and it is your responsibility to comply with local laws. We submit a detailed customs declaration, which includes an itemised list of contents, the cost of each item, and a copy of the invoice. Once an order has been sent, we cannot change it. International Parcel Tracking - For international parcels to be tracked, you must choose STANDARD, EXPRESS or COURIER service.
International Economy Air - Customers who choose ECONOMY AIR service do so at their own risk. ECONOMY AIR service does NOT include tracking and it is impossible to locate a delayed or missing parcel. Australia Post says that ECONOMY AIR delivery takes between 6-14 days. Our experience shows that it may take 4 weeks or more for delivery. If your parcel does not arrive by the expected date, we are not able to assist you to locate it. Please contact your local Postal Service for assistance. The upper weight limit for Economy Air parcels is 2kg. If your parcel is over 2kg you must use STANDARD or EXPRESS service. DOMESTIC - Australia Post has advised that Express Post cannot be guaranteed next-day delivery at this time. Delays may be experienced due to flood conditions, but delivery is being carried out as soon as possible. Please go to www.auspost.com.au for further information.
You must use common sense when choosing your delivery service - our bottles are made of glass! We pack products as well as possible, but if you choose Australia Post Satchel for large orders there is more risk of breakage. We advise Parcel Post for orders over 8 x 25ml bottles.
